This award-winning documentary tells the story of the the 92nd Infantry Division, nicknamed the Buffalo Soldiers. It was the all-African American segregated combat unit that fought with outstanding heroism during World War II and recounts a critically important piece of African American history and places it squarely within the context of Civil Rights history. Join for a post-film discussion with director Fred Kuwornu and African American veterans. This event is in honor of Veteran’s Day.
