Empowering Minds of Maryland’s Youth and Stand Up Baltimore will host the “I Am The Change Youth Empowerment Conference” to provide an open forum for dialogue between students, school administrators, school police, and community activist to discuss ways to organize and enact real change through workshops, enhancing leadership skills, building self-esteem and developing more holistic youth. Over 40 youth organizations will be responsible for facilitating the participation of 500 area Students.
