The Harford Youth Orchestra and Harford String Orchestra will be presenting their 17th season spring concert that will include works ranging from the Romantic period to the 20th century. It will feature Miss Chloe Leed, winner of the 2016 HYO Concerto Competition. HYO is a 70-member high school-aged orchestra under the direction of Mr. Brian Folus.
