A collaborative large-scale illuminated mural that transforms when the sun goes down and the lights go on. The mural will be installed at the 4500 Harford Rd lot, a gathering spot that hosts neighborhood markets and events, and a kick-off party will feature an interactive light keyboard to “play” the lights dancing across the wall, stop-motion animation and collages from local students created during workshops, and hands-on UV light chalk painting.
