The tour includes a rare look at Westminster Hall’s well-preserved catacombs and burying grounds, the final resting place of famous Marylanders including Edgar Allan Poe and General James McHenry. Admission also includes a presentation of Edgar Allan Poe’s “Masque of Red Death,” readings of Poe’s “The Tell Tale Heart” and “The Monkey’s Paw” along with eerie music performed by Count Dracula on the Johnson pipe organ.
