The Baltimore County Genealogical Society (BCGS) will meet on Sunday, February 26th and will feature guest speaker, Rebecca Morris. Her presentation, “Civil War Parole Camps of Annapolis, Maryland” will discuss the creation of the parole camps and the stories of the men who came there, a fascinating but little known facet of local history in Anne Arundel County.
