St. John’s College invites members of the Annapolis community to read and discuss timeless texts and the important questions they raise at Great Books Saturday. Led by St. John’s faculty members, seminar offerings include Melville’s “Bartleby, the Scrivener,” Konrad Lorenz’s “Man Meets Dog,” and Plato’s “Euthyphro,” among others. Morning and afternoon seminars will be held on Saturday, February 27 from 9 to 3:30 p.m. Tuition is $50 per seminar; an optional lunch is available.
