"God as she makes this earth" is a recital that will address multiple perspectives of the female voice through poetry and music. It progresses from a male poet and male composer in Chamisso and Schumann's "Frauenliebe und -leben" to a female poet and male composer in Sean Doyle's "Parker Cycle" to a female poet and a female composer in the world premiere of Vanessa Moody and Frances Pollock's "God as she makes this earth."
