The Essex Branch of the Baltimore County Library is hosting a FREE “Up in Smoke” quit smoking program, starting on Monday, April 4, 2016, from 6:30 – 7:30 PM. The program will run on Monday evenings from April 4 - May 16, 2016. Free nicotine patches, gum or lozenges will be part of the many options for people who want to quit smoking.
