Located in the Inner Harbor, Phillips the best place in Baltimore to cheer on the Ravens and dive into $4 food and drink specials all day Sunday, Monday 4 p.m. to close or Tuesday through Friday 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. You’ll find the game day classics for only $4, such as Buffalo or Chesapeake Chicken Wings and Mozzarella Sticks. Phillips is also offering seafood favorites like Crispy Calamari, Buffalo Shrimp, and their famous Hoopers Island Crab Dip.
