Conductor Ken Lam leads the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra in the presentation of John Lithgow’s Remarkable Farkle McBride on Saturday, May 2 at 11 a.m. at the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall. The BSO brings actor John Lithgow’s children’s book to orchestral life as a part of the family concert series. “Young Farkle McBride is a musical genius who plays the violin, flute, trombone and drums with incredible skill.
