As part of the Baltimore Architecture Foundation’s annual one-day tour of Baltimore studios, businesses, and landmarks, the Walters offers visitors an opportunity to see the unique architectural components of the museum's buildings. Learn about the history of the museum campus, its relationship to the Mt. Vernon neighborhood, and the unique architectural displays throughout the buildings. This year’s theme for Doors Open Baltimore is Undiscovered Baltimore, which aims to draw attention to architectural sites in the city that are often overlooked.
