This spring, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation will be holding its annual Great Strides walk here in Baltimore, Maryland. Great Strides, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s largest national fundraiser, is held at nearly 500 locations nationwide, bringing together tens of thousands of walkers to participate in events that help generate critical funds to fight CF, an inherited fatal disease that can cause debilitating lung infections.
