We will start with homemade gumbo while learning how to mix bayou spices, make a classic roux and cook your meats and seafood to perfection. You will also create fresh beignets "French Donuts", from scratch and enjoy with Cafe Du Monde Chickory Coffee. This is a hands on cooking class with lots of great food to eat!
