Learn about the great food, music and culture of New Orleans while you create your own "Big Easy" cuisine! We will start with homemade gumbo while learning how to mix bayou spices, make a classic roux and cook your meats and seafood to perfection. You will also create fresh beignets "French Donuts", from scratch and enjoy with Cafe Du Monde Chickory Coffee. This is a hands on cooking class with lots of great food to eat!
