The 17th Annual Celebration of the Arts gala is being held at the Peter and Elizabeth Horowitz Visual and Performing Arts Center at Howard Community College. The gala will include a reception, silent auction, food provided by area restaurants, live music, and events such as the Rising Star Competition, in which the audience votes between ten young performing artists to win $5,000 for professional development.
