The Jazztet is composed of members of the Jazz Ambassadors of the U.S. Army Field Band. Developed in the legendary style of Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers, the Jazztet performs traditional jazz standards, but its primary focus is on new compositions by members of the group, creating a vehicle for amazing improvised solos and solid ensemble work.
