La Cuchara will celebrate the Fall in true Catalan-style: with an onion festival! During the Calcotada Festival on La Cuchara’s patio, Chef Ben Lefenfeld will grill onions served with Salvitxada sauce (a traditional accompaniment in Spanish barbeque), pork, beef and carnitas. Advanced Sommelier Greg Schwab will keep the Txakoli sparkling wines and Basque ciders flowing.
