"Charm City Stomp came about through the collaboration of three musicians: formerly Seattle-based (now Baltimore's own) guitarist and singer Mike Faltesek, trumpeter Joe Brotherton, Michael Scoglio on bass and vocals and pianist Alex Abdoulaev. Through their efforts, Charm City Stomp brings a modern sound to the traditional swing and rhythm-and-blues music of the 1930s and early 1940s.
