Bars to Blocks is a weekend-long event which will focus on hip hop and the hip hop generation's influence on the social change movement. The weekend kicks off with a town hall panel discussion exploring what messages hip hop is sending about conditions in Baltimore City and beyond. The discussion is moderated by AJ Showtime, host of 92Q's Rap Attack program.
