The Baltimore Youth Film Arts Program offers student fellows ages 16-29 the opportunity to learn camera skills, refine their storytelling techniques, and create films and photographs to be shared at public screenings and on the program website. Fellows will receive stipends for their time and certificates for successful completion. Summer offerings include workshops in documentary filmmaking, comedic performance, animation, Adobe suite programs, portraiture, and creative non-fiction.
