The third annual Baltimore International Black Film Festival will return to Charm City, Wednesday – Monday, October 5 - 10. The BIBFF will offer screenings of feature films, narrative and documentaries, shorts and web-series at various locations around the metropolitan area. The festival will celebrate films starring African Americans, the African Diaspora and the Same Gender Loving-Lesbian Gay Bisexual and Transgender community. Receptions, special guests, discussion groups, also scheduled.
