Art Outside 3 is a juried arts event reminiscent of the city's annual outdoor art festival from the 1950s and 1960s. This daylong event features the creations of Maryland visual artists who are working, studying, and living here. Strolling entertainers, performance groups, and representation from local area arts organizations will once again headline the festival.
