Choral evensong is one of the great liturgies of the Anglican tradition, and is offered by the St. Bartholomew's Choir. Music of David Hogan ("Washington" Canticles), Ayleward (Evening prayer responses), and an anthem by British composter Glenn Rudolph. Following the service (at approximately 5:15 p.m.), a concert will be presented by Singaporean organist Phoon Yu, a graduate student at the Peabody Conservatory, and a rising-star performing artist who has performed on two continents.
