In addition to the 5K for adults, new this year will be a kids trick or treat walk for children ages 10 and younger beginning at 8 a.m. and running until 10 a.m. (Kids don't have to start at 8 a.m.) It will be held in the popular children's area that features activities such as bounce houses, costumed characters, balloon art, face painting, a costume contest for the kids and more. There is not a cost for kids 10 and under to participate in the kids trick or treat walk, but they must be registered in advance. Registration for the walk is at 8 a.m.
