The largest astrology conference in the United States, sponsored by one of the largest astrology associations in the world, is set to occur Feb. 16-19 in Baltimore. The National Council for Geocosmic Research, Inc. (NCGR) is hosting the triennial conference featuring 64 speakers and 68 sessions. Novice students to seasoned practitioners will find topics appropriate for them, says Joyce Levine, chair of the conference and NCGR.
